Palace Resorts recognizes a group only when there is a minimum of 10 rooms or more traveling together. Prefer to save your complimentary room for later? Get a Certificate for each room earned and come back to visit Palace within 24 months of your wedding date.
Complimentary Nights
Earn one complimentary room for every 10 paid rooms in your wedding group (unlimited).
Note: We, Vacations For Less, Inc. is responsible for refunding group for complimentary nights once their wedding benefits are determined by hotel after receiving final rooming list.
Upgrades
Earn one complimentary upgrade (up to concierge) for every 10 paid rooms in your wedding group (unlimited).
Private Functions
Book 30 – 59 Room Nights and receive: 1 hour private cocktail reception (additional hours at prevailing rates per person).
Book 60 – 74 Room Nights and Receive: 2 hour private function (additional hours at prevailing rate).
Book 75 Room Nights or More and receive: Unlimited private functions (one hour cocktail + two hour dinner).
There is a three hour max per day, non-cumulative.

Plus, use your $1,500 Resort Credit towards your destination wedding and make your best day unforgettable. Palace Resorts offers guests staying 5-8 nights a $1,500 Resort Credit that can be used towards wedding services.
A group booking of 10 rooms or more, with a minimum of 3 nights is required to obtain the wedding benefits outlined. The free rooms earned are based on the average stay and room category of the group. Free rooms earned have a maximum of double occupancy and incur a $10 per person per night tax and tip charge. All reservations must be booked within the wedding group contract. Any upgrades must be used during the wedding and there is no cash reimbursement if unused. Upgrades are non cumulative. For purposes of calculating benefits, rooms booked within the wedding group contract will count towards benefits received. Function area will be assigned upon availability and confirmed upon arrival. Beach and rooftop terraces with no elevator access have an additional service cost at prevailing rates. All events must be utilized during the dates of the wedding group. There is no cash reimbursement if events are not scheduled. Included dinner is buffet setup. Complimentary rooms may be used during the wedding event, or as an option Palace Resorts will issue certificates for the earned complimentary rooms which may be redeemed within 24-months of the wedding date. Certificates may not be combined, are not transferable, have no resale value, and must be used within 24-months of the wedding date. Rooms earned at a Palace Resorts are redeemable at any Palace Resorts.
