South Asian weddings are typically built around several distinct events across multiple days, not a single ceremony. Hard Rock's all-inclusive format and large venue portfolios at several properties make them a workable fit for this structure — but venue capacity, Indian cuisine availability, and group benefits vary significantly by property, so the right resort choice depends heavily on your specific event list and guest count.

This is the single biggest differentiator between Hard Rock properties for South Asian wedding groups — availability varies significantly and isn't consistent brand-wide.

Does Hard Rock have a dedicated South Asian wedding team?

Hard Rock's onsite wedding coordinators work with VFL to build custom multi-day event programs, but Hard Rock does not have a brand-wide dedicated South Asian specialist team the way some other resort brands in our portfolio do. VFL's own specialists coordinate the mehndi, sangeet, baraat, and reception logistics directly with each property's events team.

Can we bring our own caterer or specialty vendors for Indian cuisine?

Outside catering policies vary by property and are generally restrictive at all-inclusive resorts. Where Indian cuisine isn't available in-house (Los Cabos, Vallarta), ask your VFL specialist about the resort's outside vendor policy rather than assuming it's an option — it usually requires special approval and additional fees.

Is there a venue for a Baraat procession?

Most Hard Rock properties have open plazas, terraces, or beach access points suited to a Baraat procession, though none are purpose-built for it the way some venues elsewhere are. VFL works with the resort's events team to map a procession route and staging area appropriate to your chosen venue and guest count.

Do the mandap or ceremony structures come included?

The five Inspirations packages include a fixed décor structure (per package tier) rather than a traditional mandap. A custom mandap setup is typically arranged as an additional décor enhancement — ask your VFL specialist to coordinate this with the resort or an outside decor vendor where permitted.

Which property is best if our group needs Indian cuisine and the largest possible venue?

Punta Cana is the strongest match on both counts — Indian cuisine is available to all groups regardless of size, and the Isle of Wight Plaza (600 ceremony, 500 reception) is among the largest venues in the brand.
